Look at these numbers first: conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn rate, and sales velocity. The product line that scores highest on conversion and average order value while keeping CAC low and churn low will be the one you can double down on for next quarter. If a line has a conversion rate 20% above the norm and a margin that still leaves room for a small marketing push, that’s the fastest revenue driver. Ignore the lines with high CAC or high churn – they’ll drain resources. Focus on the one that gives the most lift for the least spend.
