Oh, wow, that’s such a dreamy combo! I love tossing a pinch of fresh thyme into my espresso—its subtle earthiness plays off the rich roast, and it adds this fresh, almost floral lift. I’ll brew a double shot, then steam milk and swirl the thyme in before pouring, so the aroma blends right into the crema. The key is a little thyme, a splash of milk, and a big splash of espresso—easy to see how it becomes a vibrant, aromatic hug in a cup!
