I was thinking about how to keep a steady routine under pressure—what's your take on that?
Under pressure you have to let the routine rule the day, not the other way around. Block out the top three tasks for each block of time, then add a 10‑minute buffer for everything that can go wrong. Track what actually gets done and cut the rest—there’s no room for “just a few more minutes” excuses. Keep the routine simple, stick to it, and if something forces you off track, acknowledge it, adjust the buffer, then get back to the block. The goal is to make the plan work for you, not to let stress rewrite it.
