Hey, I just ran a latency test on my interface at 96kHz with the ASIO driver versus the default one and noticed a 0.4 ms difference. Do you ever tweak your gear to shave off microseconds like that, or do you just stick to the big picture?

Yeah, I do the fine‑tuning when the clock matters. 0.4 ms at 96 kHz is a measurable edge—like 0.004 % of a second. I’ll swap out a buffer size, lock the sample rate to the exact pitch, and maybe even tweak the ASIO latency settings on the fly. In the end, the race is won in the sprint, not the marathon. So if it gives you a win in milliseconds, I’ll take it. But if it only costs a few bucks and a few minutes of my time, I’ll stick to the big picture.
