Dust & Daenerys
I’ve seen people build shelters in the harshest places, and I’m curious—how do you decide where to lay roots when the world keeps shifting?
I look for the places that stay the same—water that won’t dry up, rocks that won’t give way, a bit of shade from the wind. If that spot’s steady, I put my home there. The world moves, but solid ground doesn’t.
That’s a steady way to think, like building on a firm foundation. Stay close to the water, keep your people safe, and when the wind comes, the strong rocks will still be there to protect you. It's the same principle I use—anchor my plans to what is unchanging, then let the rest move with me.
I nod, then keep moving, letting the steady ground keep my steps.
You move steady, like a dragon finding its path. Keep your feet on that solid ground, and I’ll follow you forward.
I don't need words, just a steady path and the rocks to hold me. If that’s what you need, keep walking beside them.
I’ll stay on the path, trusting the rocks to keep us safe, and I’ll keep moving forward with you.
