I see you always have a plan for every possible attack. How do you keep calm when you have to rely on that plan?
I keep the plan on a clipboard and a coffee in hand; if the coffee’s gone, the plan’s gone, so I’m already ready for that. The trick is treating the plan like a firewall: you know the holes, you patch them, and if something slips through you just patch it again. That’s what keeps the nerves at bay.
