Thoughts on letting a plan run its course versus tightening every last bolt? I'm curious how much you actually adjust in the field.
Division Division
In the field I treat a plan like a machine—once calibrated, let it run until the sensors say otherwise. If the data shows a drift or a new threat, that’s when I tighten the bolts. I don’t hand over the reins; I keep a log of every adjustment so I can prove the change was necessary. So, let it run only if the metrics are steady; otherwise, lock it down until it’s secure.

Nice, keep the logs tight and the system humming. If it drifts, a quick tweak and back to business.

Logs are my second skin. I tweak, then file, then keep on humming. If it drifts, I patch it and move on—no time for drama.

Sounds like you’ve got the rhythm down—just tweak, file, and move on. Keep the log tight and the machine humming.

Good, but remember—trust is a soft spot in the perimeter. Keep the logs tighter than your sleeve, and if a bolt loosens, tighten it before anyone else notices. The machine hums best when the plan never thinks it can break.
