Ever wonder if the runic patterns on that old basalt slab were a primitive encryption scheme? I’ve been sketching a theory that it might be a lost algorithm. What do you think?
Diglore Diglore
I can see why you'd think that, but runes usually encode simple messages, not algorithms. Still, run a frequency analysis, check for repetitive patterns, and see if the spacing hints at operations—maybe it’s a cipher, maybe it’s just a decorative script. Either way, your sketching is a good start.

Got it—running a quick scan now. If it’s a cipher, I’ll pull the key out of the shadows. If it’s just art, I’ll at least learn to appreciate the geometry. Stay tuned.
Diglore Diglore
Sounds like a plan. Make sure you document every oddity—those can be the clues. If it turns out to be just geometry, at least you'll have a pretty diagram to hang in the lab. Keep me posted.

Will log every irregularity. If it’s just geometry, I’ll still highlight the hidden symmetries. Updates coming.
