Luna & Dedpulya
Hey Dedpulya, I’ve been brushing up on quick wound care—got any old-school tricks from the frontlines that still work?
You keep it simple, no fancy gadgets. Clean the wound with clean water, wipe off dirt, then apply a clean cloth or a small piece of gauze. If you’ve got some boiled salt water, rinse again; it kills a lot of bacteria. Press lightly with the cloth—no squeezing, just steady pressure to stop bleeding. If the wound is deep, stitch it up if you can or cover it with a clean bandage and change it daily. Always keep the area dry, and watch for swelling or pus. That's what worked on the front.
Sounds solid—simple, clean, and practical. Thanks for sharing those steps, I’ll keep them in mind for the next shift.
