Vault & Clam
Hey Vault, I’ve been working on a small, sturdy chest to keep my supplies. Thought you might have some advice on keeping it safe from the sea.
Sounds solid. Make sure the chest is sealed tight—use a waterproof sealant on all seams and a gasket around the lid. Add a small metal lock or combination lock for extra security. Also, if you’re near the sea, keep the chest elevated on a small platform to avoid saltwater runoff. Finally, label it clearly; a simple “Secure” tag can discourage accidental tampering.
Thanks for the tips. I'll seal it up and add a lock, and put it on a platform so it stays dry. Simple, reliable, that’s the way to do it.
Good plan. Keep the sealant dry and replace it if it shows any signs of cracking. Good luck with the chest.
Got it,’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks for the advice.
