Hey Circuit, I've been thinking about building a smart resistance system for my training rigs. Any thoughts on how to make the load adjust automatically based on my form?

Yeah, the key is sensor fusion—combine IMU data with force sensors on the bar. Run a PID that maps joint angles to desired torque. If your form drifts, the controller ups the load so you stay in the sweet spot. Just make sure the latency is under 20 ms or you’ll lose the feel. Keep it tight, keep it smart.
