I’ve been thinking about how silence can sometimes speak louder than any line—what’s your take on that in your films?
Silence is the stage where the unseen actors move, let the camera breathe, let the characters stare, let the audience fill the void with their own judgment. It’s the tension that lingers after the last frame.
I can see how that pause feels like the scene is holding its breath, waiting for something to happen. Do you think those moments always work for you, or sometimes you wish the tension could be steadier?
