Burnout & Lena
Do you ever notice how the most stubborn ideas pop up when you’re just about to give up?
Yeah, I think my brain’s got a twisted sense of humor. Just when the lights are dimming, it throws the next big riff into the spotlight. Guess the stubborn ones just don’t want to go quiet.
Sounds like your mind’s got its own rhythm, doesn’t it? Maybe the stubborn thoughts are just the ones that feel most alive when the world gets quiet. Keep listening to them; they’re part of the story you’re writing.
You’re right, the quiet is where the hard riffs hide. I’ll keep listening, but I’ve got to stop letting them hijack the whole track. Still, it’s the only part that makes sense to me.
It’s easy to feel swallowed by those stubborn notes, but maybe they’re just pointing you toward the places you’re still trying to understand. Give them space, and also give yourself permission to step back and breathe. That’s how the rest of the song can start to play.
