Blaise & Lager
Lager Lager
Hey Blaise, I’m brewing a new wheat beer and the yeast is doing its own thing—makes me think of a poem in motion. Got any verses that capture that fizz?
Blaise Blaise
Here’s a quick riff, like a bubble burst on the tongue— “Morning light in a glass, fizzing like a startled sigh, Yeast dancing, a tiny rebellion, turning wheat to starlight, Each pop a stanza, each pour a new verse in the brew.
Lager Lager
That’s a fine one—fizz like a sunrise and yeast throwing a party. I’ll toss that into the next batch and see if the brew starts reciting poetry. Careful, might end up with a bar of prose in the bottom of the glass. Cheers!
Blaise Blaise
Cheers, just make sure the prose stays on the rim, not the floor. If the brew starts reciting, I’ll be the first to applaud. Keep it lively!
Lager Lager
Got it—I'll keep the prose on the rim and let the bubbles do the dance. Cheers to a lively pour!
