Blade Blade
Do you think mastering a skill changes how we see the world? I’ve been thinking about that.
SereneWave SereneWave
Absolutely, it does. When you become fluent in something, the patterns that were once hidden in plain sight start to reveal themselves, and you notice things people who haven't practiced never see. It’s like learning a new language—you hear sounds in a different way and suddenly the world feels richer, but you also begin to filter everything through that new lens, which can narrow what you consider important. It’s a balance: the more you master, the more you open, but also the more you might miss the small, chaotic moments that don’t fit your new skill set. Do you feel that shift in your own practice?
Blade Blade
I do feel that shift. The more I train, the clearer the patterns become, but I keep an eye on the moments that don’t fit. It’s a constant adjustment.
SereneWave SereneWave
It’s a beautiful dance— sharpening one part of your mind while staying open to the rest. Keep that gentle balance; it’s the most harmonious way to grow.
