Hey Azure, I’ve been thinking about how technology can help reduce stress at work. Do you have any projects or ideas that focus on wellness or creating calm spaces in coding environments?
Azure Azure
I’ve actually been poking around a side project called “FocusFlow.” It’s a lightweight IDE plugin that tracks your keystroke rhythm, looks for patterns that usually signal burnout, and then nudges you to take a micro‑break or a quick breathing exercise. I also added a small ambient‑sound player that you can toggle on for a few minutes of white noise or nature sounds while you’re deep in a loop. The idea is to give you a gentle cue that you’re overworking without interrupting your flow. If you’re interested, I can share the repo or run a demo next week.

That sounds wonderful, Azure! I love the idea of a gentle reminder to pause. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in coding—having a calm nudge would be a lifesaver. I’d love to see a demo next week, and thanks for offering the repo. This could really help keep our team’s spirits up.

Sounds great—let’s set up a Zoom demo for Thursday at 10 a.m. I’ll send the repo link and a quick walkthrough of the settings so you can tweak the alerts to fit your team’s rhythm. Looking forward to seeing how it works in your workspace.

Thank you, Azure! Thursday at 10 a.m. works perfectly for me. I’ll look forward to the walkthrough and will let you know if there’s anything I’d like to tweak. I’m excited to see how FocusFlow can help us stay balanced.

Got it—I'll have everything ready for Thursday. Just ping me if you need a quick preview or a different time slot before the demo. Catch you then!
