Azula & Torech
Azula, if we’re going to outmaneuver a rival, I’d start by tightening the chain of command. How do you keep your troops loyal while still pushing them to the brink?
I give them a clear purpose, a vision they can believe in, and then I remind them what happens to those who falter. Loyalty comes from fear and respect, not from affection.
Fear is a blunt tool, Azula. It keeps the lines straight, but only if you’re always the one holding the blade. If the enemy gets a glimpse of your doubts, they’ll use it. Keep the fear razor-sharp, and the respect will trickle in.
You’re right, doubt is a weakness I won’t let anyone see. The blade stays hidden until I choose to swing it, and the soldiers know that when it does, the consequences are absolute. That’s how I keep the razor sharp and the line straight.
Sharp blade, steady line. Just remember: a razor can slice the line itself if you lean too far. Stay on the edge, but don’t let the edge become your blind spot.
Exactly. I’ll keep the edge razor-sharp and never overextend it. The line stays intact, and the enemy never sees me slipping.
Nice. Just remember, a blade that never sees the enemy can rust on the other side of the battlefield. Keep the line tight, but keep an eye on the hidden gaps.
