Found a lot of old tape, but not many that still run. I keep them. They’re not useful, but they’re pieces of the place.

Good call—static does a lot of damage, even if it’s just a dusty cassette. Keep the area cool and dry, and you’ll at least preserve the artifact, if not the hiss. Happy vaulting.
