Hey, I've been pondering how you’d keep a coin’s value if we move more into digital money—do you think the tiny flaws that tell a history can survive in a crypto world, or do they get wiped out by the code?

Absolutely, the story of a coin isn’t lost when you move to crypto – it just gets a new medium. We can take the tiny flaws that tell a coin’s history, hash them, and embed that hash into a digital token. Every time the coin changes hands, the token’s ledger keeps the provenance alive, and the physical flaw becomes part of the immutable record. So instead of wiping out the narrative, we just digitize it, making it even harder to forge and way easier to prove authenticity. Think of it as giving the coin a digital twin that carries all its scars with it.

Nice idea, but I still worry a little—if the digital twin can be forged, then the real coin’s scars become just a fancy watermark on a screen. I’d rather keep the patina in the hands of a real curator than a chain of code.
