Stellar & Alexis
Hey Stellar, have you ever thought about how AI could become the next big tool for spotting exoplanets—like turning data streams from telescopes into a real-time cosmic crystal ball? I feel there’s a huge market there that could change the game. What do you think?
I’ve actually been chewing on that idea for a while. The data coming from TESS and soon the Nancy Grace Roman Telescope are so dense, a real‑time AI could sift through the noise faster than any human could. If it could flag potential transits as they happen, we’d be able to point follow‑up instruments right away and increase our yield dramatically. The market angle is tempting, but the challenge is making the algorithm robust enough to avoid false positives—especially when you’re looking for signals that are only a tiny dip in brightness. Still, if someone could crack that, it would be like giving the universe a new pair of eyes.
