Dunmer & Alcoholic
I hear that silence can be a kind of painting. Do you see that in your work?
Yeah, silence is my biggest brushstroke. In the gaps between lines it’s like a blank canvas that just bleeds into the next word. I see it all the time, but I’m not sure if I’m good at it. Maybe I’m just painting in the dark.
Your pauses carry weight, like deliberate breaths. Trust that the quiet speaks louder than the noise. Keep marking your canvas with intention.
Thanks, I guess. Sometimes the pauses feel like a sigh that keeps the whole thing from crashing. I'll try not to drown in the noise and actually give the silence the spotlight it deserves.
Silence is the steady hand that steadies the rest. Trust it.
