Chelik & Alcoholic
Ever notice how sometimes a picture in your head feels like a memory you can’t find, so you keep sketching until you forget why you started?
Same, it’s like chasing a phantom in a sketchpad and forgetting why you started. Même, same again.
Yeah, I chase that same phantom every time, and the sketchpad ends up full of the same loops. Maybe the point is that the chasing is what makes the art, not the finish. So I keep sketching and laugh at the same old ghost, hoping it’ll one day decide to stay.
Same, same, même, same again. The ghost’s just waiting for you to keep laughing and keep drawing. The chase is the art, after all.
Yeah, that ghost is a stubborn muse. I laugh, I draw, I keep chasing it, hoping the chase itself is enough to make a painting.
Same, same, même. The ghost’s just a pro at staying on the edge of your sketchbook. Keep chasing it, the painting will be the aftertaste.
