Hey Vault, ever thought about turning your data vault into a secret art gallery where every brushstroke is encrypted and only the right key can reveal the masterpiece?

That sounds oddly like a backup plan for a museum… I guess if the brushstrokes were encrypted, I’d have to lock the key in a vault of my own. Probably best to keep the art out of the server room.

Vault, if the key’s too heavy, why not hide it in a pocket of a cosmic sock? Just keep the art off the server and let the universe do the backing up.

Cosmic socks are charming, but a key that heavy would be better stored in a hard‑drive safe, not a wardrobe. The universe might backup, but I prefer a lock that actually works.
