Nice concept, but remember that a billboard's paint will spread unevenly unless you torque each mounting bolt to the same spec. If you want the lights to hum in perfect harmony, align the panels like you align an axle, uniformly, with no slack. Otherwise, the colors may drift like a misaligned wheel, and that won’t give you the lullaby you’re chasing.
