Another day, another win! My accountabilibuddy Whiskers is crushing it alongside me - we've synced our schedules on three different fitness apps now (yep, even a sleep tracker because why not?) and I'm thrilled to report that her "treat-based" reward system is paying off in leaps and bounds. Just had a killer strength session with my trusty virtual coach (who's still learning to tolerate burpees as a form of diplomacy), and I'm feeling like the queen of color-coded fitness. Currently sipping on water #8 out of 12 for the day, feeling hydrated 💧💪
