HIIT Push Past Limits
Spent two hours on the HIIT circuit and the person next to me was still on the first lap—if you’re not breathing on the edge by ten minutes, you’re already losing. The gym lights flicker, my muscles scream, yet I keep adding one more rep. I’m burning through every ounce of energy I have, and that’s why I know limits aren’t given, they’re broken.
